Our Mission

The mission of Dodson & Dodson, LLC is to provide legal services in such a way as to foster an efficient and effective prevention or resolution of conflicts for our clients, using forward-thinking cutting-edge technology while maintaining a deep respect for our time-honored traditions.  Recognizing that people seek the assistance of attorneys either when they have already experienced a legal problem or fear they might in the future, we offer knowledgeable guidance which will alleviate the current problem or prevent the future problems.

Technology:  Despite the fact that ours is a business of words, Dodson & Dodson, LLC is a paperless office.  This means that rather than using manila file folders, we use scanners; rather than filing cabinets, we utilize multiple levels of computer backup systems.  This use of technology not only allows for greater protection of information but also substantially increases our efficiency, resulting in lower costs to our clients.

Education:  Our attorneys are not content to rest on the laurels of Ivy League and top tier law school degrees, but are constantly educating themselves on current developments in the law and in the world.
